RJ Models and Quintessence have formed a strategic partnership to provide a seamless gateway to architectural models and interactive solutions expertise between the UK and Asia.
RJ Models, the world’s leading architectural model maker, have over 27 years of experience engineering 20,000+ models internationally. They’re joining forces with UK-based interactive technology experts Quintessence, who bring a skillful and knowledgeable delivery platform from their 14 years of experience providing interactive property marketing solutions.
This exciting new partnership will ensure a seamless, two-way approach to project delivery across continents, providing cost savings, unparalleled industry experience and a trusted supply channel at local levels.
A new portfolio of interactive technologies will be launched for the campaign, including model illumination capability with wireless lighting control and interactivity, which can be utilised in both UK and Asian territories.
Rob Bosher, Managing Director of Quintessence says, “We’re de-risking the complicated task of delivering combined interactive and model-making services in Asian markets for UK developers. Clients can be assured that their project is in safe hands, with a platform that provides regular project progression feedback throughout its journey. These are small points but, over the years, we’ve noticed that the involvement of multiple suppliers, and communication blackouts, make for a stressful period for developers. With our joint investment into the strategic partnership, we can operate as one, providing a seamless service.”
Yeong Cham, Partner at R J Models added, “We strongly believe that our combined strengths will take the quality of these marketing tools to the next level, and provide our clients with a competitive advantage.”
Having already delivered a number of projects for leading developers together since inception in 2022, this collaborative, cross-continent approach will advance with more innovation and better outreach to new prosperous global locations.
