HD Media city: Latimer

Nestled in a vibrant, quayside hamlet of Manchester, Media City is home to media giants BBC and ITV - and now to High Definition by Latimer. High Definition is a luxury, two-building apartment community in a prime location, giving professionals the opportunity to buy a fantastic new home where they can work and play.

A highly engaging solution for a niche audience

From the initial kick-off meeting to the final project delivery, we worked with design agency Identity, marketing suite builders Octink and the team at Latimer to produce an end-to-end interactive sales solution within a stunning marketing suite.

Our main goal was to create an impactful, interactive experience that enabled HD customers to not only visualise the development, but to imagine themselves living there. The interactive needed to enable agents to take customers along a guided sales path that meets their individual needs, with easily personalisable content for the ultimate tailor-made experience.  


There was only one thing for it, the Pro Interactive Site Plan.

From development site plans to individual floor plans and animated maps to apartment finder filtering, the interactive was designed with the full customer journey at the forefront.

The touch screen sales-enablement software offers multiple interactions simultaneously, pinch-zoom resizing of content, apartment comparisons, real-time information takeaways and so much more. To maximise the overall benefit from these features, we collaborated with sales agents from the very beginning. Their invaluable feedback helped inform design decisions and made sure their interactive was fully aligned with their sales style and processes.


Another great benefit? Users can light a physical 3D model to highlight their apartment of choice - an essential part of the customer journey, and another successful integration with Hong Kong based model makers, RJ Models. This collaborative cross-continent approach led to a seamless two-way interactive integration.

Not forgetting the hardware; the presentation runs on a four-screen video wall - a stunning and practical statement piece positioned in a prominent lounge area, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience for anyone looking to buy a home.

We worked directly with the Latimer sales team to align their interactive content with their sales style and processes.

This has not only improved collaboration, but enabled them to achieve sales objectives quicker and easier.
