Spring Acres by Hyde Homes is a stunning country park development of sixty houses in semi-rural Kent.
Following the success of our interactive services install at their Seaview Meadow development, we worked alongside Natasha at Philosophy Design to replicate this innovative marketing approach and increase agent and client collaboration at Spring Acres.
Aligning Sales and Marketing Processes for Streamlined Success
Our main goal was to ensure that Hyde’s marketing efforts and sales processes were harmonised, working together to ultimately sell homes quickly and more easily. Sales agents needed an effective sales enablement tool that worked in the fantastic marketing and sales space Philosophy Design created for them. This interactive tool replaced the need for a physical model in their compact space, while also offering them great value for money.
That’s where our interactive presentation steps in. No fuss, full functionality.
A simple, fully filtered search from a static site plan is the key entry into the presentation, along with detailed floor plan visuals and a moveable local area map to bring the development to life. Two floorplans can be opened and viewed side-by-side, allowing customers to visualise and compare more than one option, helping them to choose their perfect home. The focus on keeping interactions straightforward ensures agents can choose their customer’s specific requirements quickly and helps them push forward, supporting them through their home-buying journey. Though most appointments are booked in advance, the functionality is simple enough to allow for public interactions too. Another cool feature? A shopping cart and customer takeaway integration that allows users to email plot information to themselves at the click of a button.
There’s functionality hiding behind the scenes too; agents have access to a CMS where they can update the availability status of each home with just one tap.
Not forgetting the hardware; the presentation runs on a large format, wall mounted 55” 4K PCAP multi touch screen and bracket, placed on a wall that’s easily accessible for users.
Simply put, its uncomplicated usability has made it easier for agents to collaborate with customers and sell homes
Hyde Homes Sales Consultant, Shenka, recently described how the ability to email information directly from the interactive helped in the sale of a coach house apartment on the development. The customer was able to send information on specific plots to themselves and then go home to think it through, fully armed with the exact information they needed.
They came back and bought the property the next day.
