Quintessence were commission by Berkeley Capital to develop a simple but effective iPad touch solution for displaying information relating to the new Saffron Square development in Croydon, Surrey. The system was linked to a physical model using a content management system and lighting extension control to administer individual plot and floor lighting for sales presentation.
DMX lighting controller
Posted March 2012
As an addition to their portfolio of lighting integration systems, Quintessence have now extended their remit by the development of a DMX lighting controller application interface that provides the "glue" between any interactive presentation and the lighting of a physical model in a marketing suite format.

The difference between this interface and other application interfaces Quintessence has developed is the ability to control coloured LED's. This meaning that in a marketing model, through a content management system, a building/block/street/zone, may be lit with various colours, for example white for plots that are available, then amber for reserved and red for sold, all by changing the colours of the same LED's.

This provides Quintessence in conjunction with their hardware and model making partners the ability to provide a more enhanced experience to model's in line with their interactive presentations developed by Quintessence, at a reduced price over the more elaborate systems that are currently available on the market to date.
